Cars have been parking on 386 Wigram Road front pedestrian pass and council lawns illegally, causing huge trouble to others and doing bad to the community. It looks the people living in 382 - 388 Wigram Road have made an agreement to occupy the public property together. Can Council please send their tickets. These photos were taken 15 minutes ago. They are always here in the night.
