The reporter’s words
This man has taken up residence in middle of road every afternoon to wash car windscreens (usually there from 2pm to 5pm). Extremely dangerous he needs to be moved on. Has got worse since the hump was added to intersection as queues now much longer. Today he was drinking cans at same time. Am guessing he's only doing this for beer money and has no regards for anyone's safety. Please please get rid of him.
