The reporter’s words
Although this appears to be a match to other reports, it seems that this was attended to because the green pit cover was replaced yesterday. However, it is the inside of the fountain that is leaking. The two closer photos show the disturbed water where it is coming out from the bottom. There is a steady flow of water
