General Request
Reported Thursday, 2 October 2025 at 12:11 pm, 7 Ernlea Tce, Canterbury, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Is this allowed that an electric fence borders a public pathway? This is a very popular recreation spot particularly with children. It seems very unsafe that an electric fence would be allowed along the pathway.
