The reporter’s words

Have been tidying frontage where water meters for 3a and 3 are located and water meter cover for No 3 will not fit onto the base, the cover is rectangular and the base squashed in at the centre and longer at the ends. There is no way the cover can fit on the base. Needs a new base and cover.
