The reporter’s words
Water pipe severed approx 200mm deep beside pole retaining wall at Birdsey Reserve. Marked by bamboo canes 6.0 metres north of car park entry. Water main has been turned off so no immediate problem. Think it is a 20mm hdpe pipe.
