Noise - General
Reported Monday, 6 October 2025 at 2:24 pm, Marine Parade near Beresford St, Canterbury Region 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
3 people outside the library right on the zebra crossing are shouting through a loudspeaker about the devil. It is very intimidating. They are also harassing passerbys, trying to mKe them accept pamphlets. This is right where you cross the street, so you can't avoid them. Its loud due to the loudspeaker system they have. They also have signs on the steps.
