The reporter’s words
Every time it rains this section of roadway floods badly. It looks like the drain on the Nga Puna Wai side of the road is blocked and not allowing adequate drainage into holding area. Water depth across the road can be up to 300mm. This has been a problem for a very long time and needs some urgency for repair.
