Hoon Hay Rd is badly congested going south from Curletts Road, traffic is forced onto Hoon Hay Road due to Henderson's Road/Sparks Rd roadworks have limited cars heading south from Wigram, Hornby areas. The lights at the intersection of Hoon Hay Rd and Sparks Road are only green for 8 seconds allowing 4-6 cars through, the lights for Sparks Rd traffic are green for a much longer period with few cars due to one way roadworks on Sparks Rd, it's taking traffic 25mins to traverse Hoon Hay Rd
