The reporter’s words

There was Water running onto the road last night. But some additional context from our playcentre: The water to our playcentre went off because of the demolition next door in the morning session and a water feature was left on accidentally so when water came back on after everyone had left, it flooded the sandpit and grass and went into the PC drain, then came back up the drain at the end of the drive. We were wondering if there is a blockage in the drain rather than a water leak
