The reporter’s words
Water leak. It wasn't leaking this morning (or for quite some time previous). Watercare are completing work to the pipes in the foopath to properties either side of my house, which may have caused a temporary increase in pressure, or a water hammer that broke the water pipe to my property. Watercare have turned off the water supply. I currently have no water.
