Gutter at entrance to 32 Poulton Ave Richmond needs fixing as a lot of water lies there after rain long after all surrounding gutters are dry. land has subsided since the earthquakes. Annoying large puddle makes to inconvenient when parking to open or close gate. We have patiently put up with this for years hoping it would be fixed. Can you please now fix by raising the height of the gutter to stop water looking across our driveway. thanks.
