Have posted before and nothing was done. Hope this is the right place to post it this time. Broken fence, neighboring dog comes through and is intimidating people when walking past. Nails sticking out and rusting. Follow the path off Smith Street or the path off Ferry Road and you'll find it. Please fix this ASAP.
