I’m writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a vehicle that has been parked outside my house for over a year now. The car belongs to one of my neighbours, who owns multiple vehicles but doesn’t drive this particular one. Instead, he’s been using it to store rubbish and other items. The vehicle has not moved for months and is taking up valuable street parking space. Because of this, I’ve been unable to: • Put my rubbish bins out properly • Have visitors park outside my home
