Smartlea Street is going to be resealed by your contractor Higgins from 20/10/25 currently the stormwater of 31 Weir Place drains to a sump in the grass verge that is well below the road service. With the road being resealed this will mean It is even lower so stormwater will not be able to be discharged to the gutter has this been taken into effect?
