The reporter’s words

This lock at Avebury park wasn't a universal CCC lock and couldn't be opened for today's Spring Fair, which needed multiple vehicle access. It needs to be replaced with a lock that uses the universal key please. We've closed it, so it looks like it's locked. Thank you.
