The reporter’s words

Recently, after years of inaction, Parks Staff replanted the pocket park on the Pavitt / Alexandra Street intersection, which was overgrown with convulvulous weeds. Evidently, nothing was done to eradicate the roots of the convulvulous weeds, as they are now bursting through the garden surface and will stranglehold the newly planted tiny shrubs that the Council so graciously spent so much of Rate Payers money on. How many years will it be till this snap send solve is acted upon, I wonder.
