This dead tree is dangerous, especially given the current high winds. We have reported it to Orion, which took off branches closest to the power lines. That does not solve the problem of it falling across the footpath and potentially killing someone. The property is in flats, and we have no way of contacting the owners. Can you pls do this, and urge them to get it cut down.
