Car washing business at this location. Storing their business cars in public spaces every day. They get to work at 5-6am and take up between 20-50 Street parks daily. We have no off street parking for our business. A lot of these vehicles don't have Rego plates. Is it illegal to run a car related business and use street parking as your business's personal parking area? They close at 4 so please inspect before 3pm as they move vehicles around that time.
