This issue has been reported before and remains unsolved. Outside 44 cottonwood street parklands, very large and obstructive car transporter is parked for weeks at a time, there are also cars parked directly across from it so traffic is having to weave and give way as only 1 car can go at any time. Affects visibility and is dangerous with kids crossing and having to go around on their bikes for the nearby schools.
