Terrible management here today. This morning about 10 no signs but a person turning traffic across on palmside as no access to rose st. Just drove down there now and am older man had his sign turned to stop so I stopped. He kept yelling at me go, go, go. Widly gesturing at with his hands. I was so confused especially after this morning. Was he telling me to go back? No he was telling me to go flbut kept his sign on stop. Really poot
