Road Signage
Reported Saturday, 25 October 2025 at 3:41 pm, 691–699 Summit Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Greetings! Could I respectfully invite a review of this signage please. It lacks the usual expectation for what the road code defines as “Regulatory” for a “public road”. The gate near the Women’s Suffrage memorial has a standard “No vehicles” with a red border. This one lacks that and isn’t so obvious for motorbike riders. I’m keen to see the area retained for push cycles or pedestrians and a road sign could help. Thank you for your consideration.
