Hazard, vehicle
Reported Thursday, 30 October 2025 at 4:02 pm, 19 Leslie Street, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I would like to report that some shop owners at Church Corner Mall (next to Leslie Street) are placing orange cones to reserve public parking spaces. This happens regularly, and it limits access for other visitors.
