This water has been pouring down the street for over a year. I've let you know before and been told that it's not your water so you won't fix it. That is ridiculous! As you can see it is weeping out of the footpath and undermining the seal, the ground will break eventually and may hurt someone. This would never be allowed in fendelton so why is it in woolston?
