Pavement - General
Reported Monday, 3 November 2025 at 11:19 pm, Highway 74, Canterbury, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Stolen fence has made this area unsafe. If a cyclist or an e-scooter rider was to veer off the path (say in the dark or in fog) they could go over the edge into the Puharakekenui / Styx River. This could result in a very serious injury or death.
