Refer to rangers . Bollard into saddlers drainage reserve has broken at the bottom So cannot be locked properly into place. I have unbolted the broken fold down bollard and it is at the wigram depot. I removed this as it was a hazard and lying in the middle of the footpath and on the tactile paths. The base plate is still in place and may be a trip hazard . Have had crew place cone over it.
