Home owners round hedge is protruding onto council footpath. It takes over half the foot path. When driving, its hard to see around corner for safety of other vehicles and pedestrians. I have talked to the lovely lady there about trimming it but she doesn’t understand the issue. Its been getting bigger for years. I wonder if the council could put a notice in letter to ask them to trim it? Her husband is quite fond of it as its 80 years old.
