Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Sunday, 26 May 2019 at 11:49 pm, Knights Stream Park, Canterbury 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This rubbish bin was full on Friday afternoon. Overflowing on Sunday. Shame it is where families visit and children play. Bags of dog excrement etc piled high and falling on to the ground around the bin
