Reported Monday, 27 May 2019 at 3:41 pm, New Brighton Community Centre, North New Brighton, 8083, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
North Beach car park and gardens is lacking maintenance. There is a lot of built up sand on paths/hardstand areas, and gardens are overgrown with weeds, plus plants are growing onto paths etc.
