The reporter’s words
The large poplar trees on the council berm along Springwater Avenue are shedding excessive fluff and branches. The debris blocks my roof gutters and drains, causing a major mess and water risk. I’m a retiree with no income, and this ongoing issue causes severe mental stress and frequent doctor visits. I can’t hang laundry outside due to fluff and hay fever, and cleaning costs are high. These trees need to be chopped down as soon as possible before they cause further damage or health problems.
