These two CCC street gardens have been neglected for decades, probably due to CCC's confusion regarding who owns the property. I can assure you that these are public property but have mistakenly been taken as private property belonging to 63 and 65 Office Rd. for lo these many decades. These street gardens are an eyesore and we resent their state of neglect that turns our property into an eyesore. Both gardens missed the recent bark laying that the rest of the area received two weeks ago, which came as no surprise. Would you please give these street gardens the attention they desperately need and ensure your records show them as public property and not private, so that in future they regularly receive the attention other street gardens receive!
