The ornamental tree on the verge in front of our property is dead. I have asked you previously to remove this tree, and Treetech insisted it was alive and had new growth that would sustain it. I don't think there is any doubt it is now dead. Please remove it, replacement with a living species - IE crabapple is preferred.
