Excessive implementation of site safe traffic management for low cost low risk repairs along Marshlands road causing impacts to business, commuters and public safety. Reputation damage to CCC. Question also the cost effectiveness of traffic management solutions. No communication provided to businesses or community along the path of the road works. A 5km detour also has to query climate change impacts. Was a social risk and environmental risk assessment undertaken?
