The reporter’s words

Tree root issue. Newcracking to previously repaired asphalt pathway after spring growth of Tree on berm. A storm water connection for 9 Pajet St is under the cracking. The tree is planted within 1m of a double drain and the drain has cracking at the surface edges. The tree is double the size of other trees on the street so likely has roots in the drain. There is a similar issue with a cracking drain across the street at 10 Pajet St where another tree is planted within 1m of another double drain.
