General Request
Reported Friday, 14 November 2025 at 10:16 pm, 19B Walpole St, Canterbury, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The neighbours have put up their Christmas lights which flash so brightly they light up my bedroom. These go all night. The constant flashing makes it very hard to sleep. They have removed these lights once and restrung them on a more constant flash.
