The branch of this tree is completely blocking the footpath. There is only a metre clearance; I am 183cm tall and I had to bend low to get under the branch. This is a serious health and safety hazard. Blind and visually impaired, handicapped and seniors risk injury from the low hanging branches. The footpath cannot be used safely while this branch hangs low and across the path. This tree needs pruning immediately.
