The reporter’s words

the footpath is very overgrown over head and over the footpath. it is hard to walk past safely with a pram and 2 young kidsls. the grass is so high its at tgeir eye level so they get things in their eyes. It is a very busy road and if 2 people walk past, one has to go on the road. I have spoken to the tenants of this property and they aren't interested in doing anything about it. please help! this is our daily walk to school.
