Car has been parked blocking the entire footpath since at least 8:30AM 16 November. This address consistently has vehicles illegally parked (either completely blocking the footpath or heavy industrial vehicles that are not allowed to be parked on residential streets (they are not being used for work on the property.)) These vehicles are completely blocking pedestrian traffic and/or partially obstructing the road.
