Somebody has stolen (and still preparing to actively steal) the wooden car stops at eve cousins car park. They've taken over half, and they've unbolted the remainder and it looks like they're preparing for another load. It's also created a bit of a hazard because the spikes are now exposed and just sticking out of the ground because there's no wood around them.
