This car park on the foreshore by the surf club is an absolute disgrace , tourists must love seeing this on their way to the Brighton Hot Pools , surely WE CAN DO A LOT BETTER THAN THIS AS PART OF A TOURIST ATTRACTION FOR OUR CITY , come on Council sort this mess out .
