The reporter’s words

More dangerous signage in the cycleway. Why is this acceptable? Why do the guidelines not specify that it goes on the grass verge where there's no cyclists? Why is it always okay to block and impede the cycleway? Please sort it out. It shouldn't be the case where cyclists have to be hyper-vigilant for 'safety' devices that are clearly an actual hazard placed there by someone who has extensive regulations and practices protecting them at work.
