The parking situation on Clyde Rd near UC has become untenable. University staff and student parking consumes every available space daily, leaving rate paying residents—many without off-street parking—unable to park close to their own homes. CCC continues ticketing residents while providing no permits, no exemptions, and no protections. This imbalance is unreasonable and unsustainable. Resident-priority parking measures must be implemented urgently.
