CCC was great last week and put a ticket on this car that had been parked over the fire hydrant outside our house for over a week, however the car hasn’t moved and the ticket is still on the window, we are beginning to think that perhaps it’s been stolen or abandoned? We had never seen this car on the street until a couple of weeks ago.
