I am writing to seek clarification regarding a cabbage tree located on the south side of our boundary fence. We would like to confirm whether this tree is situated on Council-owned land or within our property boundary. The tree roots have begun to affect the foundation of our boundary fence, and the falling leaves are obstructing our guttering. Due to these ongoing issues, we would like to request that the tree be assessed and removed if it is confirmed to be on public/Council property.
