Traffic Signals
Reported Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at 5:18 pm, 4 Augustine Drive, Aidanfield, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This intersection—the left lane as coming from Nga Puna Wai is super dangerous. People either ignore or don’t see the red left turn arrow when the straight light is green. I’m not sure if it’s the trees by the daycare blocking line-of-sight or if it’s all the traffic cones or what. I’ve been nearly hit three times personally. It’s only a matter of time before a school kid gets hit here.
