The reporter’s words

This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Apr 11, 2019. This vehicle has been parked in the parking bay for at least a year and has not been moved at all. Its registration and warrant of fitness have both long expired (see photos attached). The parking bay is for the general public to use not just for one resident to treat it as their own personal permanent car park even though their vehicle cannot be legally driven on the road (it also has a flat tyre). Can this vehicle please be towed as it obvious that no one is driving it. Often car parking spaces are in short supply on this street and it is unfair on the other residents and their guests. Thank you. UPDATE: This vehicle has STILL not been used. To my knowledge it does not belong to anyone living in this street. Is there any particular reason why this vehicle hasn’t been removed? This is taking far too long and it needs to go!!!
