Stormwater lid loose in the intersection of Hamsons Lane and Blenheim Road. The whole frame appears to be not connected to the manhole itself, rather than just a loose cover. The lid is in the wheel tracks and in the space of one set of lights I saw 4 HGVs driving directly over it and making it jump. Danger over it popping right out and creating a significant issue on the left through lane on Blenheim Road. Fix - Cut asphalt and refix frame to manhole.
