Hello Council person there is a health and safety risk at the Merivale reserve. Frustratingly for some time now someone is using the reserve as a bathroom there is evidence of toilet paper and human faeces. On top of it there is a very unpleasant smell and also comes out of the stormwater drain by the double gates at the entry to the Merivale reserve on Rugby Street. Sadly( ?a sign of the times )however there is a person who has been living in a car on the street for a number of months now
