Traffic Signals
Reported Friday, 28 November 2025 at 11:18 am, Barrington St, Canterbury, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
When you turn off motorway and down slipway, the traffic jam is long. When traffic lights show turn left and right. The middle lane is on red so no traffic can go straight on. There is no reason traffic going straight cannot go at same time as left and right, which would help in allowing more traffic. The present light for going straight only allows 3-4 cars. This is just advice.
