The reporter’s words
Plumbing company cleared my house pipes but filled gutter with mud which has hardened. Unfortunately the gutter which 20 years ago had no cracks in it now has more than a dozen and is growing weeds. I tried to clean the gutter by pulling the eeed but the concrete is falling into pieces. Needs repairing.
